Innovate Generation is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in London, UK. We organize cultural and creative events including fashion shows, art and sculpture auctions, gallery exhibitions, photography showcases, and public workshops. Our aim is to connect talent with opportunity — across all disciplines, levels of experience, and backgrounds.
Artist Supporting: We support individuals — whether young artists 16–25 years old, unemployed, freelance, or emerging — by creating opportunities to sell art, handmade products, or perform live. This includes collaborations with galleries, fashion venues, and auction houses who are seeking new talent and fresh perspectives.
Sponsors / B2B: Our work is made possible through the engagement of sponsors, institutions, cultural partners, and companies who believe in social impact through creativity. We welcome B2B partnerships, CSR initiatives, and supporters who want to fund artistic, musical, or performance-based initiatives.
Events / Showcases: Our events are also open to the public — from gallery exhibitions and fashion shows to cultural auctions and creative markets. Whether you're looking to buy unique pieces, enjoy an inspiring show, or support local talent, there's a place for you in our community.
Innovate Generation exists to promote creativity as a tool for social inclusion, opportunity, and personal growth. Through cultural production and access to real audiences, we help creative people thrive in their craft and gain professional momentum.
Our website is the central platform for showcasing our projects, values, and collaborative vision. Through transparent communication and event updates, we aim to build a network of people and partners who share our goals.
At Innovate Generation, we offer structured programmes to support creative growth and career development. Our initiatives are designed to help participants build skills, gain confidence, and present their work to real audiences and industry professionals.
We host weekend workshops (usually 5 hours) on Saturdays or Sundays for young people age 14–25, designed for deeper creative development in areas such as fashion, photography, event production, and performance. We also run weekday after-school sessions (2–3 hours) tailored to participants’ availability.
Our online programmes include Zoom sessions featuring presentations, expert panels, and interactive talks for all age groups. These are ideal for individuals who prefer remote learning, live feedback, or have limited mobility.
Participants receive optional 1-to-1 mentoring from experienced creatives, educators, or professionals. These sessions help them build portfolios, prepare for events, and gain career clarity.
We offer inclusive entry-level programmes for individuals at the beginning of their creative journey. These may include taster sessions, CV building, portfolio reviews, and public speaking training.
All our programmes are free or low-cost, supported by institutions and sponsors who believe in the power of creativity to transform lives.
We’re a creative, multicultural team working to support the next generation of artists and changemakers. From helping participants prepare for their public debut to managing logistics, backstage coordination, wardrobe, and marketing — every role matters.
Flexible spaces. Big ideas. Always in motion across London. The team works alongside partners, sponsors, and community stakeholders to spark positive change in the creative sector. Rather than staying fixed in one place, we operate from dynamic spaces chosen to fit each project — flexible environments where bold ideas take shape and young talent can thrive.
