1. Copyright & Ownership

All artworks, designs, and creative content sold on this website are the property of the respective creators and Innovate Generation CIC. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination. Orders are processed within 5–8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

As most of our products are handmade or custom, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details.

Refunds via Stripe

If you paid by card via Stripe and a refund is required, we can issue it even if you don’t provide your card details. Stripe securely stores that information. Once we initiate the refund:

• You’ll receive funds back to the original payment method.
• Refunds are usually visible within 5–10 business days.
• Full or partial refunds can be processed through our Stripe dashboard.

4. Donations & Support

Donations made through this website support the mission of Innovate Generation to promote young artists. Donations are non-refundable.
